My coaching philosophy is rooted in the development and enhancement of fundamentals, the power of teamwork, and the evidence of hard work. Success for our team will come from mastery in those areas in the classroom and on the court. This will take commitment, sacrifice, and the involvement of players, families, and coaches.

I have had basketball playing and coaching experience from early childhood to the D3 collegiate level. I love playing and teaching this sport. I am excited to work with our girls team to make them better basketball players, exceptional student-athletes, and young people with sound character!
