I have three simple philosophies when it comes to coaching soccer:

1. Have fun: I believe in cultivating a warm and comforting team so students will have fun while playing the game.

2. Be safe: I will stress the importance of safety on and off the field. 3. Be respectful: I believe that student athletes need to show respect, not only to coaches and teachers, but also to sports officials and opposing coaches and their teams.

I believe that these three philosophies will help create an amazing experience for student athletes.
